Welcome to the 2008 Aerobatic Season!!!
The officers from last year have graciously agreed to remain in their positions for another year. (See below for a list of the officers.) Bob Hicks is all over the Judge's School, and we're moving full-speed ahead on other matters.
Dues invoices are a bit late in distribution this year, but they should show up any time. Please remember that our (low) dues provide the funding to get the contest rolling.
Sorry about the slow web site updates, but our host decided to not allow FrontPage (what I use to edit the content) to connect and upload anything. So I've got to publish by hand for the time being until I figure out the technical horse manure.
Please note that the Calendar on this web site has not been updated. The webmaster will get to that when he can. Any critical announcements will be made on this news page and/or via e-mail.
The slate of officers for 2008 includes:
| Position | Officer |
| President | Bob Hicks |
| Vice-President | Ron Prestage |
| Secretary | Stan Moye |
| Treasurer | Joyce Crow |
Thanks to these folks for stepping forward to lead the Chapter through the coming year! They're working on a calendar for the year. More details will be posted here as they become available.
A Practice Packet has been posted for those who want to use the box outside of chapter practice days. Please follow instructions in the waiver closely, don't fly in the box before 11:00 on Sunday morning, and do NOT use the waiver if you are not on the current Membership List. (This is a FSDO requirement, not a chapter requirement.)
If you want to fly but don't have an airplane, call one of the chapter's qualified instructors!
If you want to be a chapter sponsor or advertiser, contact the webmaster. We have plenty of room for mentors, contest sponsors, as well as general chapter sponsors. If you know anyone who might be interested in a sponsorship, please point them to this page!
